It was attached to ZEPHYR 750, but it was a rough sound that is the same as OEM even for the stronger Spring. As I was installing Notch, Bolt was shorter than OEM so half of Tap on Engine side licked and brought it. I managed to install it if I changed it to long Bolt. I was scared so I did not put Notch out. And, although it doubles the price but turns it into Vito 's Tensioner singing exclusively for ZEPHYR 750, Bolt was a proper length and it became quite quiet with a splendid split expression for those who tried to be quiet with a Notch outstanding like me. So PMC is this evaluation. Although it is not until it is because it is not a compatible model (Lol)View Detail

Snugged it up and engine is much quieter now as it would be expected with a new ProX chain.Automatic one was all out of adjustment and keep the chain too tight.Quality and finish is good. Came in a fancy box too.Came with gasket.Moved breather box to install, took minutes and put everything back after.It's been a little over 3 years and 10k km since I installed the PMC manual tensioner in zx10. Installation was a breeze and all that nasty cam chain noise that comes with the OEM tensioner disappeared. It doesn't get any easier in my opinion. I readjusted it for the first time since installation this week, and I probably didn't even need to.View Detail

The OEM Tensioner does not apply the proper pressure, so we are replacing it. The replacement itself is easy, but the adjustment must be proper or it will be an Engine Blow! If you're not familiar with it, it's safer to let Shop handle it.View Detail

Very reliable gasket kit. Reinforced viton center o-ring seal last longer. The base gasket with metal core prevents gasket from tearing in case over-torqued and seals well. The H-cover gasket may still need some sealant to prevent seepage but I love the preformed lining. I have used MLS head gasket before but not a two piece so I am excited to see the sealing properties with the center o-ring together. View Detail
This gasket I like because it has a groove on the top side to help keep oil from seeping out. I still use a little rtv where the cam plugs are because it always seem to seep out there. The material is strong and i was able to reuse the gasket when i did not have another available. Be careful when removing the H cover to not break or tear the gasket, use a scraper the ease it off carefullyView Detail
I wanted to try this gasket because it has a steel core in the middle and fiber coating on the outside. This way when you torque the head the gasket will not crush and the piston does isnt too proud. So far with this gasket ive had no oil leaks just make sure the head is level and clean and you will have no issues with this gasket leaking. Make sure you get the right bore size for the engine they make a few.View Detail
I love this oring, its flexible and fits perfectly into the tunnel groove. Other orings i bought were to hard to stay put in the tunnel but his one conforms and stays put. It has a stronger rubber compound and will last longer. I've rebuilt my engine a few times for other problems but never had a leak using this oring. I cut a one piece gasket for my kz1000 head and use this oring instead of RTV.View Detail
