Since it is JMCA compliant, the idling is very quiet but the volume will increase as the rpm goes up. It turns beautifully from low rpm to high rpm, so it's very easy to ride. Mounting. Silencer's fixed bracket has a 150mm pitch and 30mm Offset. My suspension is a 60mm rough coiled type, so I could not use it because the bracket interfered with the spring. When I tried to fit the exhaust port of the Head to the body of the car, Silencer was turned upward and the pitch of the Bracket installation was not fit, so I purchased the Nankai parts Universal Bracket 100mm separately. So I purchased the Nankai parts Universal Bracket 100mm separately and installed it.
Driving on public roads, the speed limit is the law. The inner diameter of the exhaust pipe is about 19.5mm, but if you remove the attached pipe, you can expand it to about 25.5mm. The included Pipe is only lightly attached to the Liquid Gasket, so it can be easily removed by using a thin slotted screwdriver. Without the included Pipe, I maxed out at about 90-95km/h in 4th gear at 9000rpm and Meter reading. With the attached Pipe, it was maxed out at 9500 rpm in 4th gear and meter readings of about 95-100km/h. As a result I am riding with the included Pipe as per the Manufacturer settings. The Bore up (for Race) that had been set up before has already been discontinued, and now there is only Titanium for 50cc only, but personally I don't feel any stress in running, so I think that I can use it without any problem if it is about 88cc.
Sound. Idling is quiet because it is a JMCA compliant product. The volume increases as the RPMs go up, but it's not mischief sounding, it's a good sound quality that I feel is good. The sound is a little higher than YOSHIMURA, but it is a crisp and deep bass sound with good punch. Especially the return sound when Axel is off is the best sound in my opinion and makes running fun.
Silencer is Material:It is easy to get small scratches because it is aluminum, but it is also bean-jam-filled wafers (Monaka) It is one of the good points of the tube, so I would like to use it for large things while maintaining it with METAL COMPound.View Detail
